About our tea

sabi features organic tea by Kitamura Tea Garden, based in Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan. Kitamura was founded in 1966 and have been committed to producing strictly organic, high-quality tea since.

Their tea farm is carefully maintained everyday by the hands of experienced farmers to ensure that the soil and tea are safe and up to their quality standards.

No artificial fertilizers or weed killers are used in the production process; instead vinegar, garlic and brown sugar are applied to the soil to protect the young tea leaves from possible damages. The result of this is the great tasting, finest organic tea with all the health benefits you can imagine.
